​An emotional charge occurs when something within you is calling for love... a part of you that is confused. Respond to your call for love by bringing all your attention to your own self and heart. Send yourself love, lean into your emotions, use your tools... the Work, Tapping, call friends . Most of all call in your Divine to help... to heal the source of pain.

Many paths take you to the top of the mountain. Our highest path is alignment. I know when I am in alignment with my moment to moment truth when my heart is at peace. The heart's path may take hard work and we may feel afraid at times but there is an inner knowing ... a fulfillment. It is an ongoing life practice to listen to and refine the connection and communication of our own sacred heart.
